Prices, Reservations, and Deposits

To book your stay in the three bedroom Villa Picaflores or Casita Zumbador, please E-MAIL us to confirm availability.   We require a 30% non refundable deposit to hold your reservation. You can also e-mail us to request information and reservations. 

Room Rates

The fully-furnished Villa with three bedrooms, complete kitchen, and individual AC in two of the bedrooms rents for $295/night. It sleeps six comfortably, and has a two-night minimum stay. Each additional person is $25 per night.

Half of the Villa can be rented, on occasion, Private room and private bath, the kitchen and dining area would be shared. $149/night AC - two night minimum stay.

The Casita Zumbador is equipped with a ceiling fan (no AC), compact refrigerator and coffee maker, rents for $115/night, sleeps two, and has a two-night minimum stay.

All lodging is subject to an additional 7% Puerto Rico government room tax.
